Para ser este cartera, sigue los pasos que viste en el video

solo tienes que tomar un troquelador de ovalo y hacerle el corte 

en la parte central y arriba del estuche.

To make this holder, follow the same steps that you saw in the video.

As a final touch, take the large oval punch (119855) and make the cut in the 

upper area of the holder as shown in the picture.

Regional que realizo Stampin' Up en San Antonio, Texas

A colorful, cheerful card I want to share
with you, since I learned how to do these flowers in the
Stampin 'Up Regional in San Antonio, Texas
in January of this year. This week, I am participating in the
Paper Players along with other very talented designers.
Here is a video of how to perform this card.
